Located on a 40′ x 60′ North West corner plot, a compact 3500 square feet duplex house comprising of a 4 bedroom layout with all related ancillaries and amenities required for a modern home. A courtyard inserted into the center corner of the house provides visual relief and “greenness” to the house. The corner plot enabled us to provide a unique sloped roof, to further bring down the visual mass of the house. All in all, an ideal home for an Indian nuclear family.
