The design brief for a 2800 sq. ft. plot in Bangalore was straightforward – to create a comfortable living space for a close-knit family of four while providing enough private areas for each member.

To achieve this, the 4 BHK design features numerous common areas for family interaction, such as a spacious landscaped garden. Additionally, the house has private areas for each member to relax and unwind.

One unique aspect of the design is the terrace bar counter, which serves as a perfect spot for hosting friends and enjoying the beauty of Bangalore’s skyline.

Overall, the design prioritizes both privacy and togetherness, providing ample space for both individual and collective activities.
