The Vardhaman residence is a double duplex with car park, store and workspace at the ground floor. The odd site size of approximately 20′ x 48′ placed severe restrictions on the design aspect. But due considerations were given to space planning, maximizing the light and ventilation, and to provide this nuclear family with a lifestyle conducive to their wants, needs and future expansion. Carefully curated furniture, lighting, artefacts add to the design value.
